In addition to hands-on work, as the sr. art director at AT&T/Xandr in charge of the video team, I built, managed, directed, and mentored a team of designers, animators, cinematographers, photographers, and editors in the creation of live-action video, motion graphics, and still photography content for B2B, consumer, and social delivery. Working within established brand guidelines, I extended the brand’s identity to determine how it was expressed on-screen. I also built the company’s video production capability from the ground up to include multi-camera video shoots and a complete production-ready content studio.
